Trauma is a very personal experience. It affects First Responders, Veterans, people who have been abused in some way or have been in natural or man-made disasters. Anxiety is a response to an unresolved, hidden fear, usually based on some life experience lurking in the unconscious mind. Anxiety attacks can strike at any time without notice, and can be very disabling, causing panic attacks in very severe cases.
